6/29- Alla approved dossier & sent for translation

7/24- dossier sent to Kaz embassy in Washington

8/13- dossier “already” in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in KAZ

9/21- dossier in 2nd Ministry

11/1 – find out that region is Karaganda region but not sure where exactly in Karaganda region

12/13 – finds out that her LOI has arrived at Adoption Ark

Waiting for news to come after Kaz opens back up fully after January 7th!!!!!!!!
